Very poor communication. Repeatedly misled me about what was possible/likely with respect to delivery. Did not deliver with the appropriate card and then lied about it. They advertise "day of delivery" and I opted for the following day, figuring that if they were advertising honestly that this would not be an issue or that they would communicate with me...
