Tech Support Mart reviews and complaints
Scam Fake Do not use
I have just been completely conned by this company. I am shocked and disgusted that they exist and find their approach dishonest and most importantly fraudulent, DO NOT USE TECH SUPPORT THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS. I called them at a extremely vulnerable point in time - my child was sick and I needed to fix an email problem on my computer to receive a email from a specialist doctor. I could not send or receive and initially thought I was calling a GOOGLE MAIL SUPPORT TELEPHONE NUMBER. Sadly i was put through to them and even after checking several times they confirmed that they worked for Google.
They kept me on the phone for 3 hours and explicitly told me I was hacked by 9 different people and they could see vulgar messages that had been sent from my account. They tried to charge me for one years protection and became difficult when I asked too many questions. They claimed to be fixing my problem and that they would call me back in half an hour which they never did - I called several times and they passed me around a call centre just for fun (i now think) pretending to be different departments. Conveniently cutting the line each time I was connected so that I would call back. The next day out of frustration I contacted a authorised apple tech support team who came to my house, and within two minutes told me my fast host server had expired as I forgotten to pay the bill (my direct debit had declined as my card had expired) we together called fast hosts who are excellent and reinstated my gmail. There were no hackers NO FAULTS and I was totally scammed by this company DO NOT USE http://www.techsupportmart.co.uk/ they are all fraudulent.

They said I have a virus and they showed me hackers which were around 7 of them. How on earth can i have a virus on my computer when the scan shows 'no infection found'? I took it to PC World and they told me all about thi...
