I had a colonoscopy on January 27, 2022 at El Mirador Surgery Center, Palm Springs, Ca. Before the procedure was scheduled I sumitted my medi-care and supplemental Ins information to the Doctor for approval. At the time of the procedure I gave the same information to the Surgery cente. Team Health has repeatedly billed me for $113.47 for doctor's emergency room services they claim were not covered by Medicare or Independence Blue Cross. A check with Medicare and Blue Cross back in August indicated that the charges had indeed been covered.
