TD Finance Auto review: Car loan account # 1102635486. Gary Davidson.

Back in 2/2018 my fiancé who has account with TD finance was murdered. After taking care of all his personal affairs, I proceeded to call TD finance and agreed to surrender the car. The death certificate and all necessary paperwork was submitted. The person that had the vehicle at the time information was give to TD finance repossession department. I later called back and was informed that TD finance had taken back the account. I called TD finance on many occasion trying to resolve this. After taking to the person that has the vehicle in his possession he informed that TD finance had worked something out with him. I have said repeatedly that I need the vehicle taken out of my deceased fiance name. I'm not sure how this all work but I would rather not have any payment accepted under his name. Because I don't have a power of attorney they seem to just reused to help me resolve this issue in a manner that it should be handled.
