I found some black stuff coming out of my tastic rice, looks rotten, like it was packed for a very long time.. I checked the best before date and it says 2023 and now it's the 22nd of September 2022. I took a video because I thought pictures might not do much justice to the black stuff I found, in the video is the black stuff coming out if the packet.

To whom it may concern:

I have been buying tastic for years and not once did I have an issue. I bought 3 packets of Tastic and only to find there some kind of insect or bug in all of them. I have pics of them and the rice is only expiring this year October 2022 and it has a foul smell. Kindly advise on a replacement of all 3 or my money back please?
