Monitoring unit is not working
The monitor unit is not working. I should be receiving information on how my solar system is working. It has stopped working for at least a month now. I contacted Sunpower and they said someone will call me back in 48 hours. Nobody called. After a week I called Sunpower back and they said I needed a new monitoring unit and they gave me a case number and they were looking for a new monitoring unit. This was two weeks ago. This company is not reliable. They still have not contacted me to let me know what is going on with monitoring unit. I still don’t know if my solar system is working.

We bought a home that had a lease contract with SunPower. We buy the house the solar is infested with pigeons. They make us clean it and wire the solar ok. First summer in the home the solar panels go down. I live in Las Vegas where it’s super hot, our power bill was 500 a month plus paying solar that doesn’t work. Fast forward to 2022 in March our solar is down again. We’re in September solar is still down. They close our escalations case without notice. No communication as to when it will be fixed and they still want payment. I’ve called over 100 times can’t ever speak to a supervisor. They won’t cancel our lease when there in breach of contract for not fixing there inverter in a timely manner. I need help!
