What a deplorable place! I am not one to be so motivated to write such a review of disgust, however, this place takes the cake. They are a corporate monster. They treat you wonderful before you sign the lease, but once you are on a contract, all loyalty is out the window. Our complaints about poor maintenance led to them to send us a letter that threatened us with claims we we were in violation of our lease because we did not move are furniture around so they could spray for the roaches that infested our apartment, yet, they never informed us that they were going to spray! This means they could only have either lied or that they entered our apartment without notice!

I have lived at my building which is managed by Statewide Enterprises for the last 5 years. They run an extremely professional operation here. The property is clean, the apartments are remodeled and any maintenance requests that I have made have been addressed within a short period of time. The manager here is a real sweetheart and really tries her hardest to make everyone happy. And to top if off, the rents are quite reasonable. I am happy to give them my five star rating.

This place is a slum. The manager doesn't exist, the building is frequently tagged by MS13 ( a mexican gang ) and there are always drunks in front of the building. The neighbors constantly break the front door, so they don't have to use a key, kids are playing on the roof top and there are rats and pigeons in the walls and ceilings. Most tenants have defaulted on their agreement and left early. To add insult to injury, the company claims it will take 1 month to return any deposit made. several thumbs down!
