I am P.Prashant paid advance for plot at Bibinagar on my wife name D.Malathilata. Rs.1, 00, 000.00 from me as advance when they started inauguration work at Bibinagar site and showed some work is going on.But till now the site is as day one no development.At that time they said that with in 15 days HMDA approval get and LP no. will be given after 45days registration will be done .but till date nothing has done.It almost 1 year and they are not refunding money back and say some stories and not at all responding from directors level.I request to refund the amount at the earliest or i have to go for legal action.

Fraud complaints
sri logillu developers are fraud builders. I bought a plot in this company and i paid entire amount on the assurance of their Marketing employees. now i dont have any update about the project and on demand for the agreement marketing personnel are not responding on phones & even not available in their Office. never buy any plot/flat from them, they are big cheaters.
