I have a couple of properties managed at Gow and I think they're great. They don't authorize maintenance without my consent, they keep the rent at market rates and they're reliable with doing inspections at the property and I like the reports I get from them. I also believe that my tenants are very happy as they have all been long term tenants. I would recommend them to anyone who was looking for a property manager.

Nobody in the office seems to know what is happening
Stay away from Gow Real Estate "fail" estate agency.. GOW fail estate seem to go through property managers like a teenage girl go through clothes. During the 3 years I have rented with them, I have had 5-6 property managers. Nobody in the office seems to know what is happening with our property due to the high employee turnover rate.
