401K Retirement Rollover to Gold Acct
I am now trying to Locate my husbands retirement plan that he rolled over into Precious Metals with this company called Spyker Metals. I was researching stuff online back in 2009 and wanted to roll over my 401K retirement plan into a precious metals account, and This guy named Vinny called my home phone after I submitted my info. on a website that claimed to be selling precious metals. Gold, Silver, Platinum, etc. his phone # is [protected]. This is his actual personal cell phone #. well he spoke to me for about 2 weeks and had me convinced that rolling my 401K plan into spyker metals was the best thing for me to do. At the time me and my husband were about to go on the UNEMPLOYMENT line because our Lumber mill was shutting down. Well my husband spoke to me and said I should withdraw my money so we would have something to live on after we lost our jobs. To keep us a float for a few months. and That he would roll his 401K into this precious metals account and it would be ours. That he would make me his sole beneficiary since I was his wife. So I agreed. and he did in fact roll his whole entire retirement plan account from our Tribal retirement plan into this Precious Metals account. Now my husband is deceased and I thought I better call on this account and switch it over to my name and withdraw the money so me and our four children can save our home. Now I can not believe what I am reading on the internet. ITS a SCAM! Are you serious? My heart just dropped to the floor. what am I going to do? I was counting on this account and had been watching the gold market since Dec. of 2009. SOMEBODY please HELP ME
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Money Missing scam
I bought Silver from them this year. Now they can't tell me where my money is. I have to spoke to Lou the owner and Mike the trader. They give me the excuse that there was a computer problem and they are having a problem with the Clearing company. I think it is all bull. I have not been able to get my money back for 2 months now. They are lying and stealing my money. Please let me know if this has happened to anyone else.
