Direct Crypt was registered as a limited liability corporation in Wyoming on February 27, 2018. The corporate address used was DiStefano's residence 892 Gallery Course Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89148. Upon attempts to serve DiStefano a civil suit at this address it was discovered by Court records that he was evicted from the property due to non-payment of rent.

Direct Crypt utilized 303 Tisch Way, 110 West Plaza West, San Jose, California 95128, which is a virtual office purchased online. DiStefano uses this technique so potential investors would believe his operation has an actual office. DiStefano received $100, 000 from an investor to be utilized in the initial development of cost incurred for the platform. DiStefano misappropriated these funds for his own personal finances in lieu of paying for services in the development of the website and block chain technology. DiStefano defaulted in payments owed, defrauded equity holders, and moved Direct Crypt's operation to Miami, Florida.

DiStefano is now using 78 SW 7th Street, Suite 500, Miami, Florida 33130 again to mislead potential investors that Direct Crypt has a physical office. DiStefano utilizes the same technique with Direct Crypt's phone [protected], which is a Non-Fixed VoIP, which is a disposable Internet created number that can be associated with any address.

It states on Direct Crypt's website ‘DiStefano is an accomplished entrepreneur who has founded, capitalized, and managed several successful companies and currently sits on several boards.' Our investigation discovered that those statements are inaccurate and not factual. The facts are DiStefano has a poor credit rating, various court proceedings, evictions, owns no real estate, merchant account closures, failed businesses, removed from management positions, and opens shell corporations.
