I have had my SpaCap, which I waited 3 months this summer for, on all winter and my electric bills have gone through the roof. My spa is running much more that it did with foam cover. Their website claims it is well insulated which is false. I realized this with the first snow fall when the snow melted on the top of the cover. Obviously there was a lot of heat escaping. I also have a leak in the cover and have had to fill it up every couple of days. When I spoke with the lady in customer service she said I had to mail it back to them to evaluate. In the meantime I would have no cover! Having waited initially 3 months, I cannot afford to be without a cover that long. All in all this is a very poor product and I am going to throw it away and go back to a foam cover. Stay clear!
