5 months after my shared container was shipped from south africa we finally recieve feedbacknfrom south african relocations stating our container was mistakenly shipped to vancouver from south africa instead of abu dhabi, they graciously agreed to try and ship it to uae from vancouver as soon as they could - a journey that takes 43 days more at see. When asked to speak to the ceo kyle tiltman, was told he is in back to back meetings for the next 2 weeksand was promised that they would have a meetinf with him on wednesday, today I recieve an email notification that the mweting has been posponed as he will only be coming in to rhe office after 3 more days. They have lied about or containers whereabouts from 19 april and have given us the run around and delay and empty promise after another!

Undelivered goods
South African relocations shipped my household goods from South Africa to Australia in June 2021. A large painting, 3 seater couch and piano Never arrived. Upon investigation we figured out that the couch and piano are still in their storage in South Africa and the painting accidentally shipped to Cork Ireland with another customer’s goods. Their reason for not shipping my goods is that they are waiting for shared containers to bring the painting to South African and for more shared containers to ship the goods to Sydney. This is their weekly excuse and it’s been more than 2 years. I feel it’s their mistake and we shouldn’t have to wait 2,3,4,5 years for a painting, couch and piano. We are desperate for our goods that we really need!

I shipped 3 cubic meters of items from Cape Town to Portugal. I send it in November and received it in late May. My computer monitors were broken and I logged a claim.
