The add I fell for, didn't say anything about trial, it just said free pay for shipping and handling 9.95, they took my money one day, waited 45 days, opened it first thing I see is the card stating trial and more on its way, that's when I started trying to contact them and had all kinds of problems R/A # ORDER# yea right, then the real kicker hit when I seen the charges to my account 89.95 and 29.95, go to the bank, cancel account, talk to fraud dept, they say I have to follow smoke51 terms and conditions, I try and explain to them what I have encountered, almost seems like there in on it together what a scam and they wonder why we smoke, might not be so bad if the thing worked, made me fill sick

I HAVE MADE THIS MY OWN PERSONAL WAR FOR LONG ENOUGH ! I NEED SUPPORT FROM ALL OF THE OTHERS THAT HAVE BEEN SCAMED BY SMOKE51. TOGETHER, UNITED, WE CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

Here is a different spin on this story. I live in La Crosse, WI and in December 2011, bought one of their "Fifty-One, Trio" small, ($21.95 + Tax.) kits from a local convenience store in a chain called "Kwik Trip." By the middle of the month, the ruddy battery stopped taking a charge.

So, I took it back and was given a replacement and I went back on Jan. 1st and bought two more small kits for $43.90 + Tax.
WELL! Everything was working well and then as of last night (1/23/12) one battery just stopped working and as of today (1/24/12) the second one has started only holding a half charge (Perhaps less.) and is spending more time on the charger then in use.

I called “Vapor Corp” today (1/24/12) and told them what was going on with the batteries and they agreed to replace the two “Trio” kits with their “Duo” kits for free. But. But. And then again BUT! To get the “FREE?” replacements, I had to give them my debit card number and it's security code on the back of my card!
I was told that they would send out the two “Duo” batteries, two chargers and 5 to 6 cartomizers today and that they asked for my debit card information in the event I did not send back the bad batteries and their chargers within 30 days of receiving the new ones. From reading what has gone wrong and is still going wrong with these people, I am rather up tight now with them having my card numbers.

Right now, there is only .75 on my card till 2/1/12 when half of my Social Security is placed on my card with the remainder due in on 2/3/12. I DO NOT wish to risk them making a run at my SSI/SSDI for the amounts listed here for a kit that I never ordered.

Would it be a good idea to call my bank early on 2/1/12 and lock them all out of my account so that they can not access my account?

freeze ur card from all future out going transactions immediately. the charge back form smoke51 will more than likely send u ...is bogus ! call trans first merchant first before filling out the bogus form . they will tell u the have nothing to do with smoke51.

Same thing happened to us. They charged us $9.95 then called us a few days later before we even received the trial sample and wanted us to sign up for a monthly pre-authorized charge and buy a charger. The charger price is now $99.10 and the montly charge is now $45.81. We had told them when they called that we were not authorizing any monthly charges and wanted to at least try the sample first. They billed us anyway. We had to cancel the credit card and have lost nearly $150 just as if a thief had stuck us up with a gun. We are pursuing this with the bank, but any advice as to where to go next is appreciated.

IHAD THE SAME THING JUST HAPPEN TO ME I HAVE CLOSED MY ACCT at my bank but im not stoppin there im going to contact the BBB, i have a [protected] number and it gives a recording but im not just stopping there im going to follow threw and close them down sick of the fruading that is going on and im pissed off big time, dont know about you bank but its fruad all the way with my back and i filled out paper work because i did not authorise them to take anything but the 9.95
