I'm really struggling with heart problems, ay it's really, really hard for me to have to go into the store just to ask for refills every month! I wish there was an option to automatically refill the exact same scripts I fill every single month, without having to do the run around! Their phone has been inaccessible for 4 days! I've put off getting my scripts, cause I don't want to have to go in just to request them, only to be told it'll be at least 4 to 5 hours or the next day! Ridiculous! I went to Smith's from Walgreens, as Walgreens was the absolute WORST at customer service! I literally waited in the drive through for over 50 min when there was only 2 cars ahead of me! Not to mention, they informed me via phone, that my scripts were ready! I was stuck in line like an idiot for over 50 min, when I got to the window and it was my turn, the "hot blonde chic" inside had them all entertained watching her phone instead of serving the customer! I posted that on their page, and they deleted and blocked me from ever commenting! Anyway, I thought smith's was amazing until recently! It's impossible to even ask for my scripts to get refilled! Its become a terrible ordeal, the phone only works half the time! We need better customer service!
Desired outcome: Answer the phone! Keep it on so we can refill our scripts! I'm about to just change to an online service that way fekk oh
