As a longtime customer of Smiths grocery store, I am extremely disappointed with the Pharmacy department's policy in obtaining a printout of my wife's pharmaceutical costs for 2022. I'm really struggling with heart problems, ay it's really, really hard for me to have to go into the store just to ask for refills every month! I wish there was an option to automatically refill the exact same scripts I fill every single month, without having to do the run around! Their phone has been inaccessible for 4 days! I've put off getting my scripts, cause I don't want to have to go in just to request them, only to be told it'll be at least 4 to 5 hours or the next day! Ridiculous! I went to Smith's from Walgreens, as Walgreens was the absolute WORST at customer service! I literally waited in the drive through for over 50 min when there was only 2 cars ahead of me! Not to mention, they informed me via phone, that my scripts were ready! I was stuck in line like an idiot for over 50 min, when I got to the window and it was my turn, the "hot blonde chic" inside had them all entertained watching her phone instead of serving the customer! I posted that on their page, and they deleted and blocked me from ever commenting! Anyway, I thought smith's was amazing until recently! It's impossible to even ask for my scripts to get refilled! Its become a terrible ordeal, the phone only works half the time! We need better customer service!
Desired outcome: Answer the phone! Keep it on so we can refill our scripts! I'm about to just change to an online service that way fekk oh
