On April 6, 2020 I received an e-mail stating that the amount of $25.96 was taken from my account for my order. (Embroidery Accessories
diamond Painting tool). the Receipt No. was [protected]. As of today I have not received my order, nor have I heard from the company which I ordered from.

At this point I would like to either get the item I ordered or refund my money. I am starting to believe that this entire business is a scam, there are too many listed complaints with the same problem. Someone really needs to look into this.

I ordered this product on November 23, I have not received it. I have not gotten any follow up emails other than they processed my order the day I ordered. They have my money, I have no product. I would like to request a refund since they have not communicated any information to me, tracking #, expected delivery date, etc.
