i order each weekend from slice to local pizza shop. three times now our food is not delivered to me. the shop owner has to deliver, not because no one is available because the owner says many orders go out but not mine. I tip well but not with my credit card. sometimes the order says picked up and on the way but it was not and can be verified by the shop owner. I will never order through this app again. I waste money for service and delivery fee but no more. totally untrustworthy service
