Silver Singles Can't get customer service to correct a mistake in my profile

I joined Silver Singles on July 17, 2023. I reported a problem with my profile and customer service replied to me once, saying they would fix it, but I haven't heard from them since. The problem is with the personality test. ABout two weeks after I joined, I realized that they write "summaries" for each "category" of the test. I think this is bogus in the first place. Eharmony shows your results on a scale, but doesn't pretend to be able to write about what kind of person you are. In my case, the summary for "conscientious" is ridiculously wrong. Supposedly, I'm so "easy going" that I don't like routines, don't honor commitments, and am always late for appointments, etc. This is completely wrong about me! I am actually quite disciplined and conscientious. When I wrote to "customer support" to ask them to change this, they said they could let me retake the test, but it would involve transferring my profile to a new account. This seemed more complicated than it needed to be, but still I told them I wanted them to do it as soon as possible. Now it has been almost a week, and I have not heard from them again. I have written four more times, but no one responds at all. My profile is so incorrect that I feel like my money is being wasted, and I am also really discouraged about the lack of contact from "customer care." I already have another question, but I have no reason to expect that I will get any answers from these people. What a waste of money! And what, if anything, can I do?

Silver Singles Dating service

I joined. Silver singles yesterday, I gave them my debit card number, and they told me today that I never registered and I'm not registered at all, I want this fixed and fixed now or I want it my debit card credited now, or I will call my bank and void my debit check
