Cancellation fee
After spending weeks trying to contact SFE Energy in Buffalo about billing issues and sales tax charges which my company is exempt from, they never got back to me. Every call the receptionist PROMISED a broker would call me back. Never happened. So I checked this company out and realized what a scam they are. So I cancelled and they sent a certified letter for $673.66 to cancel.

An outrageous cancellation bill.
This complaint is against SFE energy. Last fall a sales rep for this co showed up at our place of business, after listening to their pitch that sounded great, we signed up. After googling and reading online scam reports, we called and cancelled the next day. All good until a few months ago my wife was looking at the electric bill and discovered a charge...
