I'm facing problems with on dot couriers. actually my friend sayanti couriered me a thing i asked her to send me last Wednesday itself and i haven't received it yet neither could i get any information about my courier. I think now I'll not get my thing neither will they return it to my friend even in pune...

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have sent a packet by On Dot Courier (Auth Frenchisee-ind. Area, phase-II, chandigarh)having consinment no-[protected], Dated-12.5.2009for Panchkula.But till date it could not be delivered. I am shocked after speaking to Costmer Care. and his phone number is -011-[protected]. This person is challenging my competancy and understanding of the things. Mrs says that, I am not giveing any information about your Packet and you are free for any action. I am not sure what kind of education Mrs has acquired, he does not have any manners and does not know how to speak with people and instead of finding the cause within system he is pointing my mistake.He told that You are not doing any thing against me.I see you.
A courier from Delhi was done on 06/03/09 for delivery at Mumbai ( New Panvel ) having consignment / AWB No-[protected]. But up till today evening 09/03/09 it has not been delivered. Very poor Service she saying Non Delivered Reason impossible 24 hours 0ne person available...

My parcel sent on 16-02-2008 with AWB no. [protected] sent from Chandigarh to Pune has not been delivered yet nor to the addressee and neither returned to the sender.
Kindly inform me the status within 3 days. And also to your information hundred of calls have been made to your Pune's as well as Chandigarh's office but without any response
I have sent a courier to Defence Colony from my office Greater Kailash through ON DOT south delhi (18/9/2008), but the boy who picked up my courier did'nt gave me any receipt and he said he will give the consignment no. over the phone but this was also not done. Now they are refusing that no courier has been given by me. In this case without a consignment no I really don't know what to do. And from my side I frequently called them to know the status and the consignment no. I don't know what the hell they are doing.
If you guys don't do exellently, don't do it at all.

I am staying in hyderabad and working for some other company. I send courier to my home town Kurnool(district) on 1st Sept . The parcel consists of important exam application, we should submit it on 6th sept in kurnool. But tilll it was not delivered.
Please take necessary action as early as possible.
SIR, I HaD BOOKED A NORMAL LETTER THROUGH ON-DOT COURIER WIDE SHIPMENT NO. [protected] ON 22AUG.08, but this is not delivered at destitation yet. The letter booked from ferozpur to Delhi. Kindly look in to the matter and deliver it.

I check by internet the tracking number but I was surprised when I was looking that is not possible to track the shipment since 2006. Nervous I call them for ask where is my package and they don't tell me, they just says that i will receive some day. Then I insist them about the information and they respond me with a very professional "### you!" this it was all the customer service I receive from ON DOT. Then I call my supplier and they explain him many excuses and promise that the package will be in USA in 2-3 days more. Well after 40 days, the package didn't arrive and they now skip my supplier when he is contacting them. This company is a fraud and they are professional thieves! I hope that reading this post can help somebody to chose another company because ON DOT is the worst company ever i met, I work with companies in China, Pakistan, Thailand, etc. but never one unprofessional as ON DOT. Then I see this website and I realize that I'm not the only one that they cheat. I just hope that all the money they take from this frauds to honest people, they need it for medicines for themselves! It sounds to hard but I'm very hungry and they lose something that I really need and constantly they lie to me. Please don't use this company otherwise your chance to have a problem is higher that the package arrive to destiny.
