They forgot us
After having a leak in our 2nd home on property discovered, Service Master diligently came out. The proceeded to set up blowers, fans, water extracting machines...They came back one time to check..and that was Friday..they neglected to return for 5 days! I asked the husband..do they always leave the machinery running so long! NO! They forgot us!

Service Master of Roanoke "cleaned" our house after a "total loss" fire, they took pictures of everything burnt and undamaged items...YET EVERYTHING GOT "THROWN AWAY" they actually returned to us in a box half full... burnt picture frames which included no pictures in them, broken and burnt black smokey broken glass and even the soot from the fire! charged my insurance company to "clean" them! Really weird how we didn't get back our $400.00 speakers that were in our basement and untouched by the fire, or my daughters $500.00 pageant gown that was wrapped in plastic stored in a box in a room that was untouched by the fire. The list is endless of what we didn't get back. Here is a blanket my mom gave to me before she passed away, it was wrapped in plastic put in a plastic box which was in a cardboard box. They took time to do all that unwrapping as you see it is in perfect condition...NEVER GOT IT BACK
