Sears brands LLC reviews and complaints

This washer was installed in September of 2011. It has been a little over five years, and it is rusting around the detergent tray. The rust is dripping into the wash water and also staining the detergent tray. After speaking to a few people at Kenmore Services, I was transferred to Customer Solutions where I spoke with a manager. It was first stated by her that this was cosmetic and would not address the issue. I told Sears it was more than a cosmetic issue as it was tainting the wash water. She proceeded to tell them there was no solution for this, therefore nothing will be done. The complaint number Sears gave me was Case #4659031. The desired solution would be to resurface the area. If they cannot do this, the washer should be replaced.

we purchased a craftsman 42 inch auto trans.tractor less then 2 years ago and found the rear wheel have grease all over the inside of the wheels after further checking we found out the transaxle is not a item you can service and it has to be replaced the part itself is around 800.00 1/2 the price of the tractor, a plastic transaxle that cannot be serviced or repaired is a shame, we don't have that kind of money to keep buying a tractor for something that's not made that well, we bought another craftsman tractor prior to this one and the engine started knocking a few years after we had it and now its junk and we always serviced our tractors as the maint.schedule requires, very disappointed in the craftsman product we have purchased last few times, it would be nice for some financial help on this repair
