Hanging glass ball set solar powered
I purchased item#LG-28-2 from the Big Lots store in Burleson, TX. I went to put the item together and noticed it was missing stakes. So I have one complete normal globe in height. The other is not usable because it is literally on the ground. I need more stakes but have no way to contact the company and it was the last one. That is the name of the company but it looks like it is made by Big Lots. I searched other stores and item was out of stock. Very disappointing and the store is not much help at all.

10 pc stake light set
I purchased a 10 piece Stake Light Set from BIg Lots and upon opening them, there was only 1 stake part that attaches to the bottom of the light pole in the box. I need 9 more to complete this set. I bought the last box on the shelf. The item number is LG-42 There is V# 1009980 on the bottom of the box also. I don't want to return these as it is a huge hassle for me to do so and there was none to exchange.

Desired outcome: the needed items sent to me
We bought a 10 piece solar light set from Big Lots. When putting the items together, the instructions say to turn the lights on with the switch. However, I don't see any on/off switch anywhere! I wanted to call support for the items but can't find any phone number to use. Does anyone know what the phone number is?

Screen tent
Brand New out of box Sun Shelter with Screen walls. Tent purchased from Big lots for a July 4 party. Put up and a light gust of wind broke plastic corner holders. Screen ripped. Parts were not fitting together properly and were so loose. It immediately fell to ground knocking all pieces apart. Cracked all plastic pieces and bent metal. Ruined all parts. No replacements in box. Very upset it didn't last 5 minutes.

I had purchased 2 sets of 4 solar deck lights on May 12, 2017. I purchased them from Big Lots. I went to activate them but there were no batteries in them and it says batteries included. They are AA solar batteries.
I had purchased 3 packs of 4 last year and they worked from May till August and will not work anymore. I cannot return them since it is over 90 days.
So now I have 8 brand new lights with no batteries and I have 12 lights I purchased last summer and did not even last 4 months. I have lots of solar lights and they have been working for over 1 year. They were Wilson & Fisher also.
Please see to my problem I really do like their product.

This item is by Wilson and Fisher outdoor sectional sofa. It was a beautiful set and the frame is still usable. The problem is there are no replacement cushions for the product. I cannot find them. I contacted the company and was given the excuse that it was no longer in stock. I am just asking for some cushions, what good is the item if you don't replace the worn out cushions and the one's a high wind storm blew away. It didn't come with any tie downs and after getting some made they fell off too. No satisfactory solution to the problem being it caused over a thousand dollars.

Purchased as a xmas present for me when recently opened to place in garden there are no spikes enclosed, so absolutely useless, and a complete waste of postage to the uk. You comments would be appreciated.
