Mrs Botha and the rest of the staff at Schulenburg attorneys have no tact, go against the POPI act , harass people stalk people, fabricate document and threatened me with blacklisting on false grounds and also did blacklist me, they threaten me with the sheriff as well! Also the bill is a transaction that my spouse did and not me so I was unaware of the bill and outstanding monies. I had never been contacted to pay the bill prior to the 21 August 2023, on the 21 at I asked for a payment plan because it's impossible to pay a large amount over immediately, no matter the level of threats, the cow on the phone said " you better make a plan and find the money and pay today, or we will blacklist you and send the sheriff to attach your belongings to this". I also asked for proof of prior communication ( still waiting for it) I asked for proof of my signature on a contract ( still waiting for it) Emails harassment and calls persisted for 24 hrs! I repetitively requested a payment plan, I took each call replied to each email, I said I would go to Valley Farm animal hospital and settled the bill, but will not pay the attorneys fees! They called me once about a bill I was not aware of even existed, requested a payment plan, they rejected my requests...so I can't be liable for the attorneys fees! It's a disgusting, shameless firm and the place should be closed down, license revoked and individuals arrested for all their actions.

I received this e-mail that I am listed as a bad payer but I am unaware of any unpaid accounts on my name There wasn't even an account attached and I didn't receive a phone call or anything informing me beforehand of what is going on but I am being reported as a bad payer? And that my assets would be removed? I am sure consumers are supposed to be protected against companies like this.

There was no communication from the attorneys or any service provider contacting me regarding an outstanding account for the past couple of months?

I see that I was contacted long ago by this same company regarding Intercare accounts which have been settled long ago already? I am not sure if this is for the same matter, but if it is their records are definitely not up to date.

My daughter was the patient at intercare, I had an arrangement to pay her account off. There were 2 months I missed and paid last month, I have one more payment which I was doing next week. My daughter has been in hospital care and without a pH etc for awhile. But they have all my details. Yesterday I get a message from the attorney to pay or will be handed over, I enquired as to what they refering to but got no response. I phoned and a rude abrupt lady said she doesn't care my daughter is in care and we must pay today. I said can I make payment plan and no. So immediately we got put on paid payers list until paid

This is not how one gets payment sorted, by threatening and intercare never messaged to say pay the last installment before going to lawyers
