Reliance Financial Group reviews and complaints

Reliance Financial Group sent a letter to me about modifying my mortgage note from a 4.7% to a 3.5% which would have lowered my monthly note from $1200.53 to $896.08, so I called and asked many questions did some research, read reviews etc. before making that decision however everything seemed legit. In the contract it clearly says, "If we cannot modify the mortgage note you will be refunded every penny". The money you paid was instead of paying your mtg. note, you pay RFG which was $1063.00 for 4 months, total of $4250.00 while "they" negotiate with the bank. Long story short after almost a year (pandemic delay's) & three mortgage companies/banks later, they DID NOT modify my note, it's actually more now due to escrow that I'm behind on etc. So of course, I'm contacting them immediately to refund my $4250.00, no response. They will not answer emails, text or phone calls. I went on the BBB to file a complaint & see they are known for this & scammed so many other people the same way they scammed me. I'm livid & will blast to whomever will hear about this company, they need to refund every customer & shut the company down then they need prison time!
