Quick Profit Kit Fraud / Thieft

Made request for membership about 11PM 12/31 on line. Received down load of Fast Site Pro Kit after submitting credit card info for trial review...special 1.00 plus cost of Fast Site Pro Kit $48.92 per month if I pursued venture. After reviewing info that evening, I determined not to stay involved with this "opportunity". Attempted to contact by advertised cancellation phone # [protected] on Jan 1st - New Years day 2017 and recording verified business was closed for holiday. Reviewed their "terms and conditions" on web site for cancellation, which stated free membership trial basis for 2 days ( section 5 para 2) Then called on first available business day Jan 2 to cancel, which they did. Their confirmation # was 187331. The problem began when I noticed on my on line banking debit account, 1st a charge of $1.00 which I expected dated Jan 4, then subsequent charges of 48.92 for the "Kit" and finally on Jan 6, an additional charge of 79.17 for whatever. After a phone call on the 7th, I was told that according to their "terms & Conditions" stated above. the Jan 2nd cancellation call was passed the 2 day trial term. My point was even if Dec 31st at 11 PM was the first business day, then with no way to cancel on Jan 1st because they were closed (a Federal Holiday) My cancellation call on Jan 2nd had to be considered within the 2 days. The Rep. would not let me speak to a supervisor and it was within her authority to charge me based on the terms of the 2 Day limitation. So what was my call on the 2nd all about after receiving a cancellation confirmation # etc. They have now stollen about $128 out of my debit account with no recourse. I'm pissed. What a fraud and scam this place is!

I signed up for quick profit kit because it shows that it is $1.00 shipping and that is it. It also shows you a receipt showing only $1 charge. Once you get the confirmation e-mail you notice the terms that it is $79.86 per month if you don't cancel within the 2 day trial period. I cancelled right away then noticed 1 plus 48 on my bank account. I called my bank and cancelled the card afterI called and got the run around like we can't find any transactions for you and when I asked to speak to supervisor they said he was out of town.

Quick Profit Kit charging my credit without permission when i already cancelled

I activated the trial for the Online Success kit at $ 2.95 with my credit card online. Within 5 minutes there was another charge for $48.92 from an affiliated company. When i signed up for the online success kit they say " they are giving you a bonus today, the Fast Pro kit in your trial." There is no mention of charging you for this, they specifically say that as a bonus they are giving it to you today! I cancelled immediately, the $ 2..95 is non-refundable which was expressed and I had no problem with that. The problem is that they are saying that the $48.92 is also non-refundable. This is a separate website that is affiliated with the first one. When I gave my credit card information there was a total of $2.95 thats it! Somehow this affiliated website charges my credit card the $48.92 without me putting in my information or agreeing to a any other charge that was non-refundable. I have called several times, nobody there is of any help, they say their is no managers to speak to. I didn't even give this website my credit card information they got it from the other website. This is the biggest scam I've ever had to deal with! On the Online Success Kit webpage they have a section of "bogus claims to watch out for." One being; "At Quick Profit we will never mislead or misinformer customers, We truly believe our kit can be a great resource and does not require any or inflated claims." Even after calling several times they continue to say that this $48.92 non-refundable information is in there, which IT IS NOT! The $48.92 is supposed to be monthly charge, even though I cancelled within 24 hours, got no information to use they are still saying that this money is not refundable. This is a complete scam, do not give it your time of day. I wish I had read some of these complaints before giving them my credit card information, I'm still doing everything possible to make them refund my money since it was never stated and the ad is completely misinforming! I will be calling the BBB to make a complaint as well. Thats if this company is legit enough to be registered with the Better business Bureau which I doubt it is. If it comes done to the fact the I have to pay this money for absolutely nothing in return, I just hope this message gets out to the people before they make the same mistake!

I'm another sucker who didn't read the terms and conditions further when agreeing to the $1 activation fee for the Quick Profit Kit. They sucker you with a promise of a kit that will train you and provide you with cash making opportunities to work from home via the internet. Well it is a total lie, all it is is a few google manuals that provide no assistance. Don't be tempted like I was at the $1 two day activation fee. What they don't tell you is they will automatically charge you a monthly membership fee of $79.86 that is charged on the 3rd day without giving you any notification. They refuse to refund it even if you phone on the 3rd to cancel once you've spotted it on your credit card statement and your credit card company refuses to do anything about it as they say you were informed in the terms and conditions.

In my opinion the credit card companies are just as shocking as the false company stealing your money. The credit card company know that these transactions amount to misrepresentation but they still go ahead and process the amount on your credit card without phoning you for confirmation. I find it totally unacceptable.

Don't be a fool too!

i have a friend who used to work at one of their call centers ..she said the only way you can get a refund is to get your bank to call them and let your bank (not you) request a refund. they will transfer you to someone else but you might be able to get a refund this way. also if you are calling yourself dont get mad at the operators...they actually dont have a refund button so they cant give you a refund so it does no good to argue with them it just wastes your time and theirs all they can do is read from a script...dont bother asking for a supervisor either. just have your bank call them and request a refund for you.

Angie Her, if your company was interested in their customers then how could you or why would you want to keep unearned moneies? I to decided to leave your orgianization after three weeks of the worst instructions ever. Little did I know how bad the company was until I asked for a refund of the unearned portion of the $4000.00 down payment.
Buyers Please do not be sucked in to this administrative fast talk they have been doing this for a while.

I just had all this same thing happen to me only I didn't know it until I received my credit card bill a month later. There are no managers to talk to, it's just an answering service and they don't know or have any info on who is in charge of the receiving bank account or person behind this website. I tried to find the website and find the pop up window they kept telling me stated I would be charged the $48. Besides the fact that I was charged 4 days later for another $73 for supposedly the same people just a different excuse. There should be a law that any complaints or compliments be attached to their webpage.
