Q&Q Watches reviews and complaints
Ladies watch
I received an email stating if I completed the attached survey, at the end of the survey I could choose from various products and it would be free.
All I had to pay for was the shipping and handling of $5.99.
It sounded good to me, so I completed the survey and picked the ladies watch.
My credit card was charged $5.99 and I thought that was that.
Not true
On 7/15/17 there was a charge for $99.98
I didn't recognize the charge or the company
I called the number associated with the charge and it turned to be the watch, which was supposed to be free!
The customer service person was extremely rude.
I tried to explain that it was dupppse to be free as long as I paid the $5.99.
The representative said at the end of the survey was a disclosure stating I had 14days to contact them if I was not satisfied.
If they didn't hear from me I would be charged for the watch.
I am on a fixed income and believe me can not afford to lose $99.98.
I never saw the disclosure and explained this to the customer service person.
She in turn said the charge was not refundable.
I feel like I have been scammed.
Please if there is anything you can do the help me get my money back. I would greatly appreciate it.
Over charges
I will only be liable for the shipping and handling fee in regards to a free watch received after participating in a survey on the company Haband. I got watch, was charged the $5.99 and thought all is well. NOT this unscrupulous company latter charges $95.00 for the free watch and hides behind its devious polices an agreement check box. I want my money back and you can have the lousy watch, its a piece of c%^p anyway.

Hi, they did the same thing to me & I was charged $98.00. I called the credit card co. & they stopped payment and changed my credit card numbers. this company does not want the watch back. so far they sent me 3 watches so far? I returned 2 of them & threw the others away because they are junk chinese watches and as you know everything in china is junk. this is a scam. some of these watches are listed on ebay for 99 cents to $4.99.
