Cheap Watches being sent to my address
I responded to an on-line survey thinking that I was getting a watch for the cost of shipping after completing the survey. I did not know that I would be charged $95 later and I don't even like the watch.Since that time they shiupped two additional watches and charged me an additional $98.98. I don't have any contact information of course because their wasn't any with the packing information. Could anyone help with that? I contacted my bank with a complaint to include the cancellation of the card. I don't know hether or not I will be able to receive a refund for this SCAM but I would appreciate any assistance that you could give. I would be happy to send the watch back if I knew how and where to send them.

Survey Misleading
I logged onto Tidewater Community College WIFI so I could do some work at the library and this survey came up and informed me that if I complete the survey I could claim a prize. I completed the survey and saw a decent watch so I claimed it and lead to believe that all I had to pay was the 5.99 shipping, I decided to do it because if it was even an okay watch six bucks is not that bad. Well there was some fine print and apparently I signed up for some "club" to continue to receive additional watches and this company just reaches into my account and takes fifty dollars out each time. Well I canceled my card and disputed the charge to y bank. I called QNQ Time, they said I would get a full refund once the product was returned, here is the address

I read a couple of comments saying the company never refunded their money so I am just going to work with my bank on that.

I received an offer to complete a survey and then receive a free watch. What was supposed to be free then had a $5.99 shipping fee added. I used a credit card to authorize the fee. It took quite a while for the watch to be received and I had almost forgotten about it. It came with no invoice or other information. Today I opened my credit card statement to find a charge for $95.00 from the same company. There was an 800 number and I called it. I spoke to a rep for a third party biller who explained this was something that I had 60 days to review and then return or be charged the $95.00. I told him I had never received anything in the way of paper work or other info that explained this was anything more than just a "free" watch for taking a survey. He told me it was printed on the check out page and that is why I had to agree that I was over the age of 18 and understood the terms. I said "what terms"? Free is supposed to be free! I told them I would return the watch and I wanted this charge off my credit card. He told me I would have to contact the billing department. I said I would return the watch if that is what they needed and he put me on hold. After a while on hold he told me to return the watch and gave me an address and a return number. He said the $95 would be credited back to my card and I did not have to contact the billing department. I again started to tell him how this was not explained and there was no paper trail. At that point the rep hung up on me. I will return the watch and suffer the mailing costs of the "free" watch being shipped to me and then being returned. This is a rip off.
