The owners support other parent verbally abusing another parent on several occasions. They support this becuase this mother threatened to pull her daughter from their competitive team, so rather than kicking her out, they basically allow her to treat others like crap and turn their back on it. This mother closed another parent inside an office by slamming...

Premier Gymnastics Club Rude owned doesn't advertise correctly

Doing a little research, I stumbled upon the Premier Gymnastics Club in Lutz. I thought it looked like fun, and I saw they have open gym for tots once a month. This was perfect because a group of moms from my moms group have been looking for a weekly gymnastics class. This would be a great way to see if we like the place before signing up for classes.

About 2 weeks ago I called to see if there is a limit on the number of guest during open gym. I was told quote "The more the merrier!" I decided to host the tot open gym, so we could check it out before signing up for classes.

Yesterday I checked the website because I didn't know if they have a tennis shoe or sock rule. I indeed I saw they have open gym advertised from [protected] (the same time as the play date I am hosting). I couldnt find their sock rule, so I called. No one answered, but I listened to a message, which once again advertising the open gym for tot at the same time I had scheduled the play date.

Fast forward to today. I drop my youngest off at my husbands office and take my 18 mth old to the gym. I am met be moms that are told we can not play in the gym? The owner was in and she was RUDE. She said they stopped having open gym in July. I asked her why they would advertise open gym if they dont have it. She said they stopped advertising as of today. She could say anything about the phone call because I couldn't remember who I talked to. I did lose control and tell her this is not a way to run a business, and she told me quote "Don't tell me how to run my business." This made me mad and I said "Someone needs to tell you how to run a business if you are advertising something you dont offer." She told me they stopped giving open gym for tots because no one came (HMMM...I WONDER why?) She also told me " We do't need your business." This was after I told her several moms were coming and some might be interested in taking classes.
