Pentian Construction reviews and complaints

When I purchased my first home, there were some issues. I did not realize at the time that every home is going to have certain minor issues. The contractor ended up fixing all the issues. I should have been more patient before writing any negative reviews. So everything was fixed rather rapidly, the owner himself took the time to verify that all was well. I was really surprised how fast they fixed all the issues. They really offered me a great service. I really like the new home.

I purchased a home from pentian construction in the new val des brises area. Upon my purchase, I did notice a few minor issues. But I was surprised that one day, an owner from pentian construction came over and agreed regulate any issues. While we were in the basement, I pointed another issue and the contractor said he would fix it promptly. By the end of the month, all issues were resolved. I was really surprised by the actions of the company.

I purchased a home from pentian construction in the new val des brises area. Upon my purchase, I did notice a stain on one of the basement baseboards. I was told by the sales rep, “it’s just a small discoloration”. Month after month the stain grew in size. One day, an owner from pentian construction came over with a representative from the APCHQ to try and regulate other pending issues. While we were in the basement, I pointed to the discolored baseboard and the owner said it was nothing. After a few more months the baseboard detached itself from the wall and their was an awful smell in the basement for some time. It was a nightmare, the complete wall was ripped down and removed because it was full of bacteria and fungus due to water infiltration. The contractor denied responsibility by registered mail.
