PCH Intelius reviews and complaints

I used this as a one time search which it would not work I cancelled it immediately yet I have been charged 31.97 on 11/6/2020 do not know how to contact them. The number listed on my charge card does not work.

I did a one time search on a person I used to work with in the past. I intended it as a one time search and understood that I cancelled the service after that month. I since then forgot about this company and did not know what PCH Intellus was. They have continued to charge me $29.95 a month since 2016! I have changed credit cards since back that far from another fraud issue and they were able to access the replacement card and kept charging me that monthly charge. I recently called my Chase credit card to report this as fraud. They initially replaced the money going back that far, but then PCH Intellus said it was legit so all the charges were put back on my card. I called Chase again and they set up a 3-way call with Intellus. They were only willing to take off the past year of charges, leaving me with a balance of several hundred dollars. I am laid off and cannot pay this charge. Please help.
