I was charged much the same as the following person who filed: This company charged $96 for renewal of a membership I never ordered. I contacted Classmate customer service. PCH Classmates $96 unauthorized

This company charged $96 for renewal of a membership I never ordered. I contacted Classmate customer service. Rep said he couldn’t refund my money. It is company policy: No Refunds.
