Fake employment
I am Syed Arif from Hyderabad (India). I was selected by OTE as a Senior Executive in Audit Division in the month of October 2015 and was asked to undergo Medical tests and get the documents apostille. I did everything what they have asked me to do and dispatched my original documents to them in the month of December 2015. However, since then I am still awating for Visa. They did not even informed me about the visa status only after my emails they respended. Within this period I have gone through lot of financial and emotioinal loss. After waiting for months, I asked them to cancelled my candidature and send back my documents and also requested them to compensate me for all the losses that I have gone through. I requested them to pay me one month salary because of them I could not joined anywhere else lost all the crucial months. Sir, my demand is very reasonable I want them to pay me one month salary because I have suffered a lot. If the company was not sured about the fact that they will be able to get the Visa issued or not on what basis they were hiring in India. There are many similar cases like mine where they did not send the Visa after hiring people. Sir, they first should apply for clearance and then hired people in India because of this they bringing bad name. Sir, request you to kindly help me. Defernatail problem
Am owner of CTS 2009 and ever since i bought the car i have been facing problems starts with defernatial problrm apperntly, they have changed the part but the problems is still there i had to go 2 times and telling them but no ones car. currently the car with the dealer to nd what is the problem but no answer till now and they never bother to call and explain thre problem but i have to call and no replacement car is offered am seeking your help
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
