Ordertree.com Week later they have not yet shipped my order, but they did charge my credit card

I called ordertree prior to ordering my parts ot check on availability the girl on the phone told me that they were in stock I asked her if they would ship that day she stated they would ship in the am I went back and ordered on line. It is now i week later and they have not yet shipped but they did charge my credit card.

Ordertree.com Bad service

Their website has hidden policies:

Restrictive return policy and costly restocking fees for returns.

Prices subject to change without notice.

I ordered an item, it arrived at double the original cost.

Policies not obvious unless you search every possible link on their website.

Policies should be obvious and not hidden.

I ordered from Ordertree and I'm told the part is on backorder, then 10 months later I email and I'm told that the part is no longer available! I was told 10 months later and after I had to email them!

This company is not to be trusted!

Horrible customer service!

I have a complaint about weedeater, I know this is not their e-mail, I can't find one, complaints are probably the reason they don't have one, or at least keep it a secret, I just wanted to tell weed eater, their string trimmer is a load of crap, and I intend to tell every one I can how sorry they are, if you know their (weed eater brand) e-mail address, I would like to know, then I can tell them how sorry their products are.
