Did not listen to me and lied about information, lied to me on the phone and requested 3 call back (nothing)
THIS IS 100% A SCAM COMPANY! I called about getting some releif on taxes owed. this is what they advertise and its in there name. I explained what i needed and sent COPIES of my taxes per there request and all other necessary information. after 3-4 weeks thinking i have a resolution only to find out they did my taxes again. NOTE they were 100% wrong and appears be be dont my a first grader. I called and asked why did you redo my taxes which are wrong? because you never filed. Thats 100% wrong i gave you my taxes forms and showed what i owed and i did file!
So lie # 1 they claimed i never filed.
#2 i will have somebody call you ASAP. 2 weeks and still have not heard.
#3 Emailed them directly 2-3x demanding a refund not a peep from them.
#4 called a number of times only getting put into a call hold loop. i waited on calls for 30mins all the way up to 1 1/2 hrs never getting a live person.

Customer service lack, of contact, rudeness, client portal
On 9/28/23 I received an email from Angelica Sinajon, Closing Department Customer Service rep at Optima, informing me that my case was being closed due to her being "unsuccessful in reaching you verbally." My name is Dan Blake and I have a problem with Optima ethical approach.
I made all the payments and informed that I was unable to get my W2 transcripts and was told they could do that. The portal would not go any further.
I have reached out once I had the letter of closure.
I am demanding my money back in full ($11,465.00) since services were not rendered or completion of what I hired them to do last year. All I ever got was an automated dialer and a portal where I cannot track the email date and time stamp. along with a promise to call me back that I never received on agreed times from a live agent.
I signed the original contract to make payments in March of 2022

I hired Optima 1-28-2019 Paid $ 4518.00 and had no results. The IRS has filed a lien with the county in which I live. I feel they have not done anything for me so I feel they should return the money I paid and I can give it to the IRS and make payment arraignments with them. They are very slow to answer my correspondence. I have sent them all the copies of letters I have received from IRS.
