Unauthorized loan
I have been dealing with this company for going on 3 years now. They charged me $5,500.00 the first year and did nothing. They finally contacted me and said that my tax issues would be resolved in a couple of days and they needed $5500 more to resolve everything and I would have to pay $196.00 a month and join a consumer credit agency. American Tax Solutions is a complete fraud and stealing large amounts of money from desperate people in plain site. Numerous examples, from everyone who has dealt with them, can readily be found on the web. My elderly mother was scammed by them, initially with a typical "official appearing" IRS style scare tactic document. They proceeded to request all types of personal information, and continued requesting multiple payments, in the amounts of over $50,000. I believe they also took payments that were also not authorized. This is tantamount to stealing someone's identity and bank information. They are stealing from many unsuspecting victims, and no entities thus far seem to do anything about it (FTC, Attorney General etc). The phone number linked to her account is [protected]. my tax debt the promised to help me with
I will gladly add my name to a class action lawsuit. Have paid over $15,000 and been with them for well over 2 years with no resolution and not even sure they ever contacted the revenue agent. I had my bank accounts levied 4 times while with them. I have had wage garnishment started. I have since hired an attorney to sue tyler bennet and his scam company!
