Office Max/Depot review: Fraud

I bought a dell latitud in your store in guaynabo, pr. I was told I had to leave the computer in the store so they could install programs and updates free of charge. The next day I picked up my "latitude" from a employee that look nervous and scared. I blamed covid.
When I opened my "latitude $2000.00" I was surprised to see an "inspirion $400.00) these laptops w/o opening the cover, do not look alike. I called the store manager. She did not sound surprised or apologetic and I realize that switching is part of the employees every day.
After I wanted to hurt her and then I realized they subscribed me to every app (of course with auto renewal) and charged me for every app that left me a little memory to work. They charged me for every unathorized app they put in my comp. I am going to file charges bec I know they will not made things right
