North Star Home Security review: The absolute worst service and worst product I’ve ever experienced

The only time I can ever make contact with these people is when a false alarm goes off and I cannot reach them and they send out an old fat security guard three hours later, try to charge me 60 bucks and call me to collect. I was suckered in to an extended contract that says if you don't call in two days before it is due to expire it automatically goes into another year and a half.
I was moving so I tried to contact them three times to let them know and I never got callbacks so I dismantled the system the best I knew Hal and brought it with me and now it says on the floor and they still take money out of my account. I have 780 credit I pay all my bills but I'm about to stop paying this one it's just not right!
