Complaint against Maturedating.com, owned by Antheia Services Ltd in Cyprus, for failing to refund $54.23 it deducted from my account without consent. This happened on 27/01/23 under the name Yoebon.com in my bank statement. In fact, there were 3 unauthorized deductions made on that same day totalling $168AUD.
After several correspondences with the site and after lie it's now over a month, no refund was received. I was recently told to contact Blackmatch.com, its sister site, for the refund. I never subscribed to Blackmatch, owned by NSI (Holdings) Ltd in London, UK. Maturedating and Blackmatch appear to be partners. So confusing. Maturedating shared my personal details with Blackmatch, violating privacy laws. I cancelled membership with Maturedating on 25/01/23 and yet it deducted 3 payments later.

Desired outcome: Full refund. I would not believe an apology from these people.
