Complaint against Blackmatch.com owned by NSI (Holdings) Ltd in London UK. On 27/01/23 Blackmatch made an unauthorised deduction from my account of $54.23. After several correspondence through emails and Chat agents to refund the payment there is no refund. I never subscribed to Blackmatch nor I gave it my personal details, etc. It might have illegally obtained my details from its sister site Maturedating owned by Antheia Services Pty Ltd in Cyprus.
It is now over a month and still not received the requested refund that was promised from 29/01/23. The only reference number given to me was [protected] but it did not state which refund relates to. In fact there were 3 unauthorised deductions on same date as per attached bank statement. I also asked to send a copy of the return credit (refund) but refused. The last email from Blackmatch on 23/02/23 about the refund but the 10 days promised has expired - no refund. Lie after lie I do not believe these people. I do not know who to complain about dating sites. Would you be able to help please.

Blackmatch and Maturedating are partners and both share member's personal information without consent. If you cancel a membership there is a "remove" setting to completely remove your personal details from the sites. Unfortunately, for some reason the setting does not work. Both sites deduct money from members' accounts without approval which is why they don't allow members to remove their details when leaving.
