On 7/9/23 I renewed my NFL+ subscription. The NFL charged me again on 9/11/23. They refunded one of the charges. However, now I cannot use the account. You cannot talk to them by phone or e-mail only their customer service bot which is very difficult to deal with. Also it difficult to download appropriate information. I canceled my subscription in December 2022. I am being billed again in January 2023. There is an email address for NFL+, [protected]@nflhelp.com, that does not work. There are multiple phone numbers listed on web, however all have been virtual assistant and unable to talk to live person. What a rip off. Of course when initially signing up never told about these issues.
