MVQ Savings Zoo Unauthorized credit card charges

I never authorized this on my social security card,. I have been charged two months for this. I want my money back. I will contact direct express also. I was charged 23.87 on january 27, 2022

Desired outcome: I want to be refunded 23.87 and an apology.

MVQ Savings Zoo Unsure

I know nothing of this company and did not authorize any charges please refund my money and cancel any subscriptions you have in my name. I don't even know what service I'm being charged for. Thank you,

So then he tells me he will only be a few minutes and it still took a while.
