Cancel membership and refund!
You tricked me into thinking you were Metro even though I tried to get a word in I couldn't. So then he tells me he will only be a few minutes and it still took a while. Then he promised to transfer me to a different Metro department and assured me that I would be able to get my problems solved but instead he thanked me and surely the phone disconnected. And he hung up on me.
Then I called back of course to see if I can call and get my problems solved just for the new operator guy to admit that they were in fact not Metro but was able to give me a number to call. I was at a lost for time and money. I've been swindled and bullied!
