A consultant of theirs inquired about services on the company's social media and website. Went so far say what medical aid he is on and what members.Misleading information. The company is in the financial sector following the process of qualifying for the lead(medical aid), when the client was phoned it was MBdD consultant communication was even on what ago. The company picked this up and linked it to me. A meeting was made with me by management and contact service contact was canceled as was month-to-month, and they humiliated me at work and put me in distress. They are still calling on company number as we have asked them to stop. Also shared info with my estranged parents

I have called numerous times about my account. I was told by someone named Joseph that my account was paid up. He also said that the paid up letter would be requested. That was last week. I need this letter to finish my debt review contract. They will not release the red flag until this letter has been received. I called again today and the lady I spoke with said my debt was handed over to someone else even though it was paid up?. I need my letter ASAP please. I can't understand why I have to chase them for a letter which took my other debt collectors 24 hours.

I need help

I am getting numerous calls from MBDLC and as my husband, JR Hills have passed on last year on the 14 July 2021 I did forward the Death Certificate to them when they first called me. They continue calling me and I told the call centre agent that there were no money or assets in the estate and I don't know what else to do. They keep harassing me and are adamant that I need to pay the balance but my husband is dead.
