Ridiculous company! Don't order from them
I have ordered a pair of shoes from Muckbootsusa website and when I received them and tried them on I was very disappointed because they were too big.
I emailed Muckbootsusa and asked for a replacement. They agreed but said that I have to ship the incorrect pair back at my own expense. So I had to pay for the return shipping and that wasn't cheap!
When they received the shoes they contacted me and said that they did not have my size in stock and that I need to pay for the shipping again if I want the big shoes back. This was the worst shopping experience in my entire life, these people gave me nothing but headache! Avoid!

Impossible to reach the seller and get refund
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from the website www.muckbootsusa.com . I paid for the order with my Visa card and the shoes cost about $150. After that I waited for the confirmation email and the receipt, but the seller didn’t provide me it. Also the seller didn’t mention the contact information on the website, so it was impossible to reach him. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

These are old, outdated comments. They have new ownership and executive management Their customer service has been absolutely outstanding and they have the best return policy!
Definitely true. They offer no customer service, no phone number, ignore emails.
No that first comment is definitely true. Ive called to many times to count. Ive left 6 voicemails, 12 emails, and to customer service forms on their site with no response. The tracking number they gave me doesnt even work. If anyone is looking to purchase muck boots do so from www.muckbootcompany.com that's the original company. I bet the person who left the last comment 9/22/14 probably works for muckbootsusa.com
we have bought from this site many times and never had any issue or concern. i find it hard to believe that this comment is even true.
