MP3fiesta website is not working

I am a member of mp3Fiesta with a 1-year membership that expires in December 2023. I have been unable to get onto the website for two weeks. I have sent numerous emails to their support desk, with no response. Therefore, I can no longer download music.

I use Safari, and the browser prevents me from going onto untrusted sites. mp3Fiesta shows as an untrusted site now. I also tried using Firefox, with the same result. Can you help?

Desired outcome: I want to be able to get back online, or if necessary, a refund of my 1-year membership fee.

I guess I had a good use of my $159 from 2005. I had years of downloading many songs. It was great while it lasted. It seems that this has to do with the sanctions against Russia from the new acts against Ukraine.

Hmmm. just stopped by there and saw that the website wasn't just down, but no longer operational as the domain itself has expired. I never had a problem (other than temporary off-line issues) for the past several years.

It doesn't look good. IIRC MPFiesta.com is based in Russia. Perhaps the turmoil over there has something to do with its demise?

I’be been a member since 2009 & have read at times the site goes down. I was able to download music in April after adding credit to my account but have not been able to access the website after that. Today I tried & there is no website & a message stating the site is expired. I think we’re o7t of luck this time so hoping my credit card company can reverse my charge.

I wish I had done research before I gave them my $$$. The company is in Asia somewhere; their grasp of the English language was funny, at times. However, this site scamming us is not so funny.At least last year I downloaded a huge quantity of music.

MP3fiesta Stay away

After purchasing a 6month access to the MP3Fiesta site, I have found myself unable to login and am informed that my email address is unknow. This happened the second time of loging in. The first time straight after purchase I was able to install the downloader and downlad an album. I have tried emailing and calling but to no avail.

I CHANGED MY CREDIT CARD as soon as I saw the website was no longer working & I suggest everyone should do the same!

Same thing happened to me. I joined the membership for a unlimited yearly downloads, they charged my account $200, and now I can't access, log in, OR contact them... all my emails are bouncing back. I received no copy of my transaction as proof of purchase so the bank will not help me. Money down the drain.
