meycauayan water district Worst Service Ever!

To whom it may concern,

Kapag po nampuputol kayo kahit na walang tao dun sa bahay sige lang kayo sa pagputol. Pero kapag nakabayad na at ibabalik na yung connection napakabagal nyo. Ang sabi nyo kinabukasan pagkatapos nyo kaming putulan ibabalik nyo na agad. Ang sabi nyo pa, "BUKAS NG UMAGA." Inabot na ng gabi wala pa din. Yung magbabalik sa connection may iikutan lang daw. Naghintay ako ng naghintay wala naman. Sana naisip nyo na nauubos din yung stock namin ng tubig at may pasok pa kami. At alam naman namin na hanggang 5pm lang kayo open kaya umaga pa lang tinetext na namin kayo kung nasaan na yung magbabalik ng connection tapos biglang idadahilan nyo na hindi nyo alam yung ruta ng umiikot na yon. ANONG KLASENG SERBISYO YAN?! OO! Na-late kami ng bayad at napatulan kami. Pero kinabukasn nung pinutulan nyo kami NAGBAYAD NA AGAD KAMI! Sana ayusin nyo yang sistema nyo.

meycauayan water district unpredictable water supply

Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

I would like to complain regarding the water supply of Meycauayan Water District here in Ville De la Grotte Saluysoy Meycauayan Bulacan. I and the rest of the homeowners have been suffering for the unpredictable water supply of the said Water District Company. We don't receive nay notice from the said water district company that they are encountering problems in their water connection. This problem give us trouble and headache in our everyday living. I hope this problem can be resolve the soonest time.

Thank you very much and hope to see this complain be posted and we hope that Meycauayan Water District will give us feedback on this matter.

It is about time Mecauayan Water District either fixed the problem with the water supply or passed the operation over to a company that can deal with it.
We are paying for a service you are not supplying, this can only be described as fraudulently collecting payments from customers

I would like to complain about my water meter mula kasi ng palitan nyo ang service meter namin at iayos dumoble na ang bill ko from 600 to 1200
The other day nag tsek ako tumatakbo ang metro kahit hindi nka open ang water faucet .. tsinek k0 naman ang linya ng hose wala akong makitang leak dito .. maybe may mali sa pagkabit ng metro .. sa may lower part ng tubo mula sa metro .. hinidi naman namin ma tsek kasi nak semento 4 lang kami sa bahay once a week lang kung maglaba at sa umaga walang taO . Dati ang bill hanggang 700 lang ngayon umabot na sa 1, 200 grabe mahal pa sa kuryante ko. Please paki aksyunan naman po

pakicheck nman po water supply at Brgy Iba Meycauayan habang tumatagal nawawala na tulo dati gabi khit mahina meron pa, tapos lumipat sa madaling araw 1-3am, pagod kn sa trabaho puyat ka pa sa paghihintay sa tubig. hindi na makatarungan ang paniningil nyo ng minimum. 10 years na kming ngsusuffer sa ganitong pamamalakad nyo..

meycauayan local government pakitulungan nman kmi.

Hello,
Kung nababasa niyo ito sa mga staff or sa management ng meycauayan water district, kamusta bulsa niyo makapal na ba kakahuthot samin mga customer niyo? ang mahal mahal ng binabayad namin madaling araw lang malakas ang tulo ng tubig? ano to gaguhan? ayaw niyo kame patulugin? bute pa sa valenzuela at caloocan ang lalakas ng tubig nila, okay na sana magbayad ng mahal basta nagagamet mo naman yung serbisyo ng maayos . puro kayo palaki ng tyan ayusin niyo trabaho niyo.

Hello,

Taga Daungan Malhacan, Meycauayan, Bulacan ang family ng husband, and we will soon transfer to this area. Okay na sana kaso the water supply is so bad. and it seems hindi lang sa area namin pala ang masama ang water supply, how come it's getting worse? Bakit hindi niyo na lang i-allow ang maynilad or other service provider to supply if you can't handle the demand! this is a very basic need of a family, ang squatters nga sa Metro Manila may consistent water supply, 24 hours 7 days a week, pero bakit sa mga subdivision sa Meycauayan Bulacan wala! only an hour a day and sobrang hina pa and madaling araw pa meron, isang maliit na drum lang mapupuno! Bakit ang Nestle office sa malapit sa toll gate malakas ang tubig, bakit ang maraming residente wala? Napakalapit namin sa Metro Manila and yet sobrang bulok ng water supply, ang Valenzuela and Marilao maayos ang water supply. Bakit sa Meycauayan napaka bulok? Are you doing something to fix this problem na 2 years na pala ngyayari?

bulok serbisyo niyo pero paniningil ang gagaling nyo! twing madaling araw lng may tulo dito sa bancal, pano na ung mga pang gabi ang trabaho nganga na lng? ayusin nyo nmn tsk tsk!

Dear sir & ma am,

i would to complaint about are water supply every day, here in st.Francis subd. cause every day our supply of water is 30 mins or less.how are student get shower if our water supply is only 30 mins or less.nad after that on more supply of water.only in the morning, pnu kmi makapglaba kng gnyan plgi supply ng tubig nmn, ni pnghugas la kming tubig.tps ang laki nio p maningil ng tubig ala nmn tumutulo s grepo nmn.sobra n ginagawa nio, ano gs2 nio bumili kmi ng tubig n ngrarasyon pra lng kumita ang mga negosyo nio s tubig.tigas ng mga mukha nio

Sa kinauukulan,

Ako po ay nakatira sa 32 jasmin St Michael P3... gusto kulang po sanang malaman kung saan tangke po ba kami nakakonekta...at ang na kapagtataka ay maririnig mo ang katapat mong bahay nakakakuha ng tubig kami hindi... ano ba ang magic dyan sa tubig nayan... like kahapon ang lakas ng tubig... ngayon as early as 4am gising na po ako walang tubig na makuha... pero yung kapit bahay ko sa kanto nakakakuha sila... ano po ba ang maintainance na ginagawa nyo...at nakapagtataka pa meron linya na sa katulad ng bahay ng barangay captain namin hindi daw nawawalan ng tubig...ano yun me sariling siyang linya? kaya merong mga bahay sa linya nya nakakabit so they are not affected. Sa akin po kasi kahit magkano ang maging bill ko sa tubig basta mayron... the problem is, I paid P400+ for this month and i spend P200+sa mga nagrarasyon ng tubig. .. and you are charging as 10% surcharge if payment has not made on due date... What about us consumers? can we not charge you of your poor services? I am also a government employee... nakakasama ng loob.. And may i also suggest to post also all the actions taken of the complaints, so we will know if their is any action taken .And i have read that one of your official is from ST Francis... is she not affected of this kind of problem... may be not... And may I also suggest that please, in your directory of officials to put their contact number of email add so we can also copy furnished them of all the complaints.
Looking forward for your immediate action.

Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

Gawan nyo naman ng solusyon yung problema namin dito sa ST. FRANCIS lalo na dito sa PELICAN STREET. 2 TAON NA (2 taon na yan ha.. baka mag 3 pa) kasi pahirapan sa tubig lalo na pag sat. & sun. maghapon wala tulo, dito na ko pinanganak at lumaki pero di naman ganito dati, sobra pahirap kayo sa buhay kung alam nyo lang! san ka nakakita pangalawang pasko na tong darating wala paring tubig na lalabas sa mga gripo namin at nung may bagyo sus! baha na sa labas ng bahay mo wala paring tulo at pag tumawag ka sa customer service nila pota wala pang alam yung sasagot na may problema sa suplay nila na talagang ikaka buwisit mo, di ka nga basta maka dumi, ligo saka luto dahil sa lintik na tubig na yan. kung di nyo kaya pasa nyo na lang sa ibang kumpanya na mas responsable! sana ma media kayo.
