school overall preformance
I am a current student at Medix School West an wish I would have researched the school and programs more. They want you to pay $100.00 monthly and if you dont pay they are throwing you out and dont care. They say that they are understanding but dont care about nothing but money and yelling at the students. if you decide you want to attend the school please investigate before going.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Staff and overall performance
I was outraged by the behavior that was allowed in class rooms, the staff's attitude towards the students, and most importantly i feel as though they could have done more to aid me in my attempt toward sucess.

I AGREE . WHEN I APPLIED TO TAKE THE STATE TEST I WAS TOLD MY CERTIFICATE WAS NOT VALID. WHAT THE HELL DID I PAY 10, 000 FOR, SO THE ADMINISTRATION CAN WALK AROUND AND LOOK DOWN ON ME. THE MOST EDUCATION I GOT WAS WHO WAS SLEEPING WITH WHO. THANK GOD FOR MR. WILLIAMS, HE WAS THE BEST TEACHER THEY EVER HAD.I AM TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOTALLY UNSATISFIED.
I am currently attending this "school" . I have had nothing but problems.. the so called teachers dont actually teach you anything.. i know how to spell terminology words but never seem to be taught what they mean. Every project is marked completely different, even if its the same outline. They wonder why there is no inncentive to do anything and nobody is excited about being here... when the entire place is a joke. I agree I also would not wish attending this school to my enemy.. ever.. i shouldve applied at mcdonalds.. i feel i wouldve enjoyed working there for minimum wage rather than paying 10grand for this .. boo medix.. horrible school. horrible teachers, expensive... anddd overall just horrible!
I agree with all the comments i graduate in 6/09 the staff was so nice in the begining.The only mod that i really enjoyed was the first one Mr. Williams was the best teacher and he made sure you understood what he was teaching, i feel like the school used him as BAIT cause after his class it seemed like no one else cared. My whole class made the Dean's list for two mods. and he didn't even come around to say congrats let alone speak when you see him in the hallway but they want that money every month or they threaten to put you out. They give you this speech about if you need help just ask but when you do you get brushed off the teachers are hardly ever in the classroom because they are to busy gossiping or texting. I don't understand why they tell you that their teachers can teach any course but yet no one's learning or they just don't want to teach, if i'm paying my money i feel that i should get the education that i'm paying for.I started a new mod. and didn't get one of my books until almost three weeks later, and it took them three months to give us our logins I WOULD NOT REFER THIS SCHOOL TO MY ENEMY!
I agree on all the comments here, don't waste your time and money specialy if you are taking Pharmacy Tech.
they just want your money and not helping you to find job. Peter the "Big Boss" he just want to get your money and he will try to convince to go to program in the begining and after your are in the program he never even say hello to students.
I graduated from medix and since i went there i have had nothing but problems. The staff there are in cahusts with eachother and they are disrespectful to the students. we pay our money for them to work for us for a better future, not the other way around. thats what they seem to have mixed up.
