Stay away from Marko Rubel Company!

This company deals with short time investing and I want to start by saying that the easiest way to avoid these scams is by not responding to the advertisement for the seminar. If you believe the seminar might be worthwhile, seek independent professional investment advice before deciding to attend. Of course, no investment is risk free, including real estate investments. There can be major costs involved such as fees and taxes and the market can change every second.

If you would decide to make an investment, take your time and make your decision based on independent research and expert advice.

Today the whole market is saturated with investors who are trying to dump their properties, knowing that the banks would no longer loan.

I had contacted Marko Rubel at least 5 times. The answers which I received were taken from the book. These people want to look intelligent and professional, but in fact they only know how to scam honest people.

At Marko Rubel recommendation, I joined a local real estate club, that cost me another $250.00, but there were no foreclosures, just a bunch of so-called real estate investors trying to dump their overpriced properties for cash.

I requested a full refund and they seemed to be sympathetic after reading my review. However, I only want to forget the whole bad experience, like it didn’t happen!
