Philip will probably enlist his horde of subsidiaries in Latin America, China and Singapore. Philip will then get Hudson Fulton listed with the OTC. He will tell potential investors of the great "milestone" strides his emerging technology subsidiaries are making and report phenomenal successes outside of the USA. Philip's rhetoric will carry the day.
